The ORIGIN 緣起

I find certain inconvenient aspects in my life, but it seems difficult to find a suitable solution or product for myself. So I begin to think about solutions, and in order to implement these ideas, I gradually learn knowledge from different fields and accumulate more and more tools. Of course, I can’t meet all production needs, but I hope to have more good ideas that can be realized in these unremarkable places.

偶爾會在自己的生活當中，發現一些不便利的地方，卻又好像找不到一個適合自己的解決方案或是產品，所以開始自己思考解決方案，為了實現這些方案，慢慢的去學習不同領域的知識，也逐漸的累積越來越多的工具，不過當然無法滿足所有的製作需求，但希望能有更多好的想法，可以在這個不起眼的地方萌芽並且被實現。

History 歷史

In the blink of an eye, the studio has been established for 10 years. At the beginning, it was to survive by accepting some industrial design and interior design cases, and also thinking of a place to occasionally gather with good friends, but later due to various relationships , in fact, the studio has been closed for many years, and I also chose to work, because I am actually the only one in the studio. When there are a lot of cases at the same time, it is very tiring, but when there are few cases, it is very tiring. Trying to come up with some new things. Now that I am still working, the studio no longer accepts external projects. Instead, I switch to a pace that suits me and launch some products for people who have the same needs as me. Maybe I can make some money. It doesn’t cost a lot of money, but it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

轉眼間，工作室竟然已經成立了10年，初期是為了一些工業設計以及室內設計接案生存，也想著有個地方跟好朋友們偶爾聚聚，哈拉打屁，但是後來因為種種的關係，其實工作室是停擺很多年的，而我也選擇了上班工作，因為工作室其實只有我一個人，當同時間案子數量比較多的時候，也非常的勞累，而當案子少的時候，就嘗試著搞一些新東西，如今因為仍然上著班，所以工作室也不再對外接案，而是轉為適合自己的步調，推出一些產品，給那些與我一樣有相同需求的人們，或許賺不了大錢，但卻能滿足我的成就感。

Tools

Because the studio space is not large and there is no intention to produce medium or large products, the focus is mainly on small equipment that can be placed on a desktop for more convenient operation.

The ‘power supply’ and ‘oscilloscope’ are essential instruments for testing circuits and electronic signals. Since the internal design of the lighting products includes microcontrollers and some circuitry, I have also learned a bit of programming language to develop the functionality of a night light, and I am still a beginner. These instruments were initially purchased for the development of lighting products, and I hope to achieve a higher utilization rate in the future.

The ‘3D printer’ is also a very important piece of equipment. There are many types of 3D printers, and currently, I only have an FDM type, which is still adequate. For us ‘makers,’ being able to create 3D models ourselves and actually printing them out allows for faster verification of our designs. Of course, it’s best to have some basic drawing skills to truly make the most of the equipment.

The ‘laser engraving machine’ is mainly for enhancing the quality, allowing for the laser engraving of the studio’s logo, labeling text, symbols, images, etc., on the products, making them appear more professional and of higher quality. However, it is not suitable for mass production.

Of course, there are many other pieces of equipment that I would love to add, such as 3D printers that can print metal and CNC engraving machines. However, due to space and cost limitations, I cannot implement them at the moment. I hope to gradually acquire them successfully in the future.

因為工作室空間也並不大，而且也沒有要製作中型或是大型產品，所以基本上都是以小型的設備為主，能夠置放於桌面上，操作會比較方便。

「電源供應器」以及「示波器」是測試電路以及電子訊號必備的儀器，因為燈具產品內部是有微處理器以及一些電路的設計，為了要開發小夜燈的功能，所以自己也學習了一點程式語言，屬於非常初學者，而儀器初期就是為了開發燈具而購置的，希望以後可以有更高的稼動率。

「3D印表機」也是一件非常重要的設備，3D印表機的種類其實很多種，而目前我只有FDM形式的，目前還算夠用，對於我們「自造者」來說，能夠自己建立3D模型，並且實際的將模型列印出來，才能更快速的驗證自己的設計，當然最好自己需要有一些基本的繪圖能力，才能真正發揮設備的效用。

「雷射雕刻機」主要是為了提升質感用的，能夠在產品上用雷射雕刻出工作室的LOGO；標示文字；符號；圖像等等，可以讓產品本身顯得更專業，更有質感，但是並不適合非常大量的生產。

當然還有許多設備示自己很想添加的，像是可以列印金屬的3D印表機；CNC雕刻機等等，但是礙於空間以及成本，所以暫時都還無法實現，希望以後可以慢慢的陸續順利購置進來。
